A November to Remember
October 9, 2012 15 Comments
Hello everyone!
I realize that it isn’t even November, but I am wanting to put this notice out there to every one of my readers. For the month of November, every day, I will watch and review/post one horrible movie. I am talking about the crappiest shit that is out there that is mind numbingly terrible and movies that you or I wouldn’t be caught dead watching. I have an idea of what I want to sit through and endure, but I am needing the help of the collective hive mind out there to give me their list or picks or suggestions when it comes to downright terrible movies.
I am needing 30 movies to complete November, so if I get more than 30, I will whittle it down to the optimal number for this endeavor. Nothing is off limits, so I am talking shitty horror movies, oscary oscar movies, romantic comedies, any Jennifer Aniston or Katherine Heigel movies, Twilight, anything and everything.
I will probably even live tweet some of the movie viewings as I descend into madness, but I am doing this because I have primarily done movies I love and that are also good. So it’s time to eat crow and watch bad, bad movies.
Hit me up in the comments, email at AnotherPlotDevice@Gmail.com or twitter at @PlotDevices.
Thanks!

I wish you the best of luck in this endeavour! I suggest Terror Toons, Antfarm Dickhole, Equinox, and Tromeo & Juliet. I’m sure I can come up with several more if needed.
Are any of these ready available to find? I am compiling a list and I will add those to that list. I am steeling myself for the slew of bad movies I am going to watch, all for the sake of writing and page views
. I might try to live tweet a few of the showings so people can watch my descent into madness.
Hahaha, I love the idea of live tweeting your descent into madness! I believe you can find some if not all on Youtube (some free, others for a small fee). Let me know when this madness party comes about cause I’ll be there!
I will send out a message when I plan on doing a live tweet of my shitty movie viewing. I am needing more movies to add to the list and then I will get the list to 30 terribly bad ones and live tweet a few. I have some plans for this upcoming November.
SWEET!! I’m excited! Yeah, I have so many plans for things I don’t even know where to start. I seriously wish someone would start paying me for this stuff so I’d be able to get it all done.
If only I got paid as well
I am excited though to do take on this endeavor of terrible movies. If I don’t make it through this, just make sure my dog is fed and petted.
Send him my way and he will have plenty of both!
Peanut Butter based treats are his favorite. And have a lint roller handy cause he will shed all over your stuff.
I have two dogs so both are on hand.
You are so very brave. So so very brave.
Random suggestions: “Atrocious”, “Nude for Satan”, “Spice World”, “The Final”, “Made of Honor”, “Grizzly Park” (though that one i kind of fun), and you can always subject yourself to “High School Musical” if you don’t know what else to do.
If anything happens to me, tell my dog Dexter that there is a secret stash of rawhides behind the bookshelf. I will take you recommendations into the mix.
Well, I suggested to you last night to watch the mind-numbing chick flick LEAP YEAR. To my knowledge, I still haven’t reviewed a worst film.
Another suggestion comes from my childhood. It is a film that I remember loving fondly and when it was on TV a few months back I thought, “I will relive my childhood by watching this movie that I remember being so fun and light-hearted.” That movie is BIO-DOME. I couldn’t make it even half way through without turning the channel, so good luck.
No weez in the juice
The “traditional” choices here are Manos: the Hands of Fate, Plan 9 From Outer Space, and Troll 2 (I haven’t seen that one, but Plan 9 is laughably bad, while Manos is far and away the worst movie I’ve seen.)
Some other painfully bad movies I’ve watched:
Not Another Not Another Movie
A Christmas Too Many
An Alan Smithee Film: Burn Hollywood Burn
Cool As Ice
Good luck…
Shit I forgot about Cool As Ice, definitely adding it to the potential list. Thanks for the recommendations.
